Okay, besides that little rant, I also wanted to share with you my new haircut! :) I started thinking the other day I was ready for a change and decided to just do it today!
Here is me at 40 weeks pregnant with Alivia, the only picture I could find with my hair down!
And here I am today, 11 weeks later and more than 12 inches shorter:

Anyone have any tips on products that would work (hopefully well) to keep it from poofing out? It seems as soon as it dries, the "curl" turns poof. I need something rather quick, if possible. Anyone?
PS Today is the nine year anniversary of the day Jimmy and I started dating!
stupid blogger... LOL
ReplyDeletePS Mousse works well on damp hair to tame down fluff. Em's goes NUTS if I just let it dry without product. I just squirt a big blob in my hand, rub it between both hands and then gently pat at her whole head, and then work to scrunch it all in, then leave it alone for the rest of the day.
I love citre shine anti-frizz serum. It smells really good and you only need a little bit. I have naturally curly hair. Never would've guessed, huh?
ReplyDeleteDid you find a product? I have naturally curly hair and I love Bed Head's "Creative Genius." While my hair is wet, I take a TINY bit (we're talking less than a dime...maybe a pea-sized blob) and work it through wet hair. Then you can either blow dry or air dry, whichever you choose. (A warning: If you use more than a tiny amount, and let it air dry, your hair will get crunchy. I like to let my hair air dry during the summer, and I hate crunchy hair.)
ReplyDeleteA bottle of this stuff is sort of expensive, but since I use so very little, it lasts literally forever. A bottle lasts me approximately a year or more. The last bottle I bought was back in January and it's still more than half full.
PS CUTE haircut!!!!!
