Thankful Tuesday

Another week, another list of five things I am thankful for.

1. I am thankful for my upcoming vacation. I need this so badly and can't wait to see everyone again. 
2. I am thankful for my pastors. They have been such amazing support for my family. 
3. I am thankful for the beautiful weather. It may be hot, but I've needed the sunshine so badly! 
4. I am thankful for my reliable car. I can't imagine scrambling for transport. 
5. I am thankful for the ability to container garden at our home. A "real" garden isn't possible but I will still have some fresh veggies to eat this year! 

1000 Gifts: three gifts found around a table

• It is a gift to have a family table that we can enjoy dinner together at. Hoping to make that a more regular thing this year. 
• It is a gift to have a beautiful new table waiting for us, just as soon as we have a bigger house to put it in. 
• It is a gift to have extended family that we sit at the table with as well. I know of at least two family get-togethers we are having while on vacation this next week. Can't wait!
